Company Documents

We can help you with the attestation of any documents issued by Companies House in the UK. This covers documents such as (but not limited to):

  • Certificate of Incorporation

  • Articles of Association

  • Statement of Capital

  • Annual Return

  • Various Statements and Notices

The above documents can be attested in one of two forms. You can supply these documents to us in one of the following ways:

  • Original Companies House documents that have been signed with an original signature by an official of Companies House

  • Original unsigned Companies House documents which we will have certified by a practising UK solicitor (the originals will be returned to you unchanged)

  • Certified copies of a Companies House document which have been signed by a practising UK solicitor or Notary Public

To order the attestation of a company document online, start by choosing the country.

Please note that if you are supplying your own certified copies, a sample signature of the solicitor or Notary Public will need to have been registered with the Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO). If this has not been done, the FCO will take additional time to validate the signature before processing the document which will inevitably lead to delays in processing the attestation. Our solicitors certify documents on a daily basis and are already registered with the FCO.
